The condo comfortably sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master, hallway bunk beds, and a queen sofa sleeper. Washer and dryer in unit as well as a laundry facility on site. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-end linens, and towels. Kiva Dunes Golf is just a short walk away!
The unit is on the 7th floor, slightly to the right of the entrance. Guests will fill out the registration online and will need to print it out and give it to the Guard shack. There is a parking fee of 35.00 per stay that is paid directly to the complex.
All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of $300 is required 2 days before check-in. This deposit will come across as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out, unless there is damage done to the property.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
