You can easily connect both sides by opening up the deck, making it the perfect setup for bringing together extended family and friends, plus your furry companions are welcome too!
Relax and unwind in a beautifully appointed, family-friendly home featuring modern amenities like air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries. All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of $300 is required 2 days before check-in. This deposit will come across as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out, unless there is damage done to the property.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
