This home is one half of a duplex and comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests, with your furry friend welcome to join the fun. For even larger groups, rent the other side of the duplex to sleep a total of 27. You can easily connect both sides by opening the deck, or keep them separate for added privacy. Perfect for a large group getaway! All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of $300 is required 2 days before check-in. This deposit will come across as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out, unless there is damage done to the property.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
