A second full bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination.

The fully equipped galley kitchen offers all major appliances, small countertop gadgets, and cooking basics, with a dining area for four. The open living area features plush seating, a large smart TV, and high ceilings, creating a welcoming space to unwind after a day on the water.

Step outside to a covered porch with dining for six, a BBQ grill, and a fenced backyard. The home also includes a laundry room, pantry, garage, wheelchair accessibility, keyless entry, and exterior cameras for added peace of mind.

All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of $300 is required two days before check in. This deposit will appear as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out unless there is damage to the property.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
