Sun n Sand operates internal technology tools, including the Sun n Sand Deal Hunter application, to assist with vacation rental marketing and management of Sun n Sand's social media presence.

Sun n Sand Deal Hunter may connect to authorized third-party systems, including OwnerRez and Meta platforms, to identify rental availability, review property information, prepare marketing content, manage publishing workflows, and publish approved content to Sun n Sand business Pages.

Depending on the permissions authorized for the application, Sun n Sand Deal Hunter may access information associated with Sun n Sand's business Pages, including Page identifiers, Page content, publishing information, engagement information, permissions, and other information reasonably necessary to perform authorized Page-management functions.

The application is primarily an internal Sun n Sand business tool and is not designed to collect personal information from the general public through Facebook Login or similar consumer-facing authentication.

Information obtained through Meta APIs is used only for authorized Sun n Sand business purposes and is not sold by Sun n Sand.

Where application data is stored by Sun n Sand, it may include operational records such as publishing history, post identifiers, property marketing information, content status, timestamps, engagement information, duplicate-content records, and related application logs used to operate, secure, audit, and improve the service.

08. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, operate authorized applications and integrations, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
